• "I've been a customer at Home Concept store on the West Beltine in Madison, WI. We purchased a Quorum Venture fan at the store last weekend. I started to assemble and install the fan yesterday, and realized the blades were not the correct color. I called the store and the manager told me to bring in the blades and arms and he'd replace them with the ones from the display model on the floor, as the fans that were in stock had been mis-labeled. When I arrived, he already had the blades ready to go, and the exchange was very quick and pleasant. That is what I'd call "old-school" customer service, and we're extremely pleased with the help he's provided and the experience as a whole. I've been a customer service rep in the past, and know and appreciate great customer service when I encounter it. We will be back in the future, and will definitely recommend Home Concept to friends and family in the future. They just do it right."
